Straw-yellow colour with glints of green. The mousse is fine, rising well and forming a light crown. The nose is bright and appealing with firm fruit aromas (citrus and apple) together with a subtle suggestion of aniseed. The palate is soft and refreshing, while the sparkle is lively, mouth filling and exciting.The after-taste has notes of fine dried fruits. The finish is long, dry and full of character.
