A uniquely rounded and balanced aquavit. The spice distillate provides gentle notes of caraway, anise, liquorice, warm citrus and floral notes, balanced with elegant oak aromas such as vanilla, caramel and dried fruit from the long maturation in sherry casks. Enjoyed at room temperature in a tulip glass with dishes of lamb, mutton and pork, hearty vegetarian dishes and barbecue. Can also be enjoyed on its own.
