Kanonkop Wine Estate is a premium Red Wine producing estate, situated on the base of the Simonsberg Mountain in Stellenbosch. Well known internationally for producing top Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon and Red Blends. The Kanonkop Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a true reflection of the variety from the Simonberg region. Produced from approx. 25 year old vineyards, matured for 24 months in French barriques. A wine that will benefit from further cellar maturation for up to 15 years from vintage.
