Careful ageing in toasted French oak casks reveals a rich range of aromas – from generous notes of figs and baked spices to the mellowness of toffee – all blending to produce an exceptionally round texture and creamy finish.

Generous notes of plum and fig marmalade rounded out by intense oaky notes of toffee & toasted bread for the nose. The taste has the mellowness of butterscotch; baked spices with hints of dark chocolate.
