A single distillery Fife Grain Scotch Whisky that is made with 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. Ryelaw adheres to the rules for American Rye Whiskey, however in Scotland there is currently no legal definition for rye whisky and therefore we cannot legally use that term on the bottle. Ryelaw is the first release from InchDairnie Disctillery in Fife and is the only whisky in the world which is made using rye and distilled in a Lomand Hill still.

Water, alcohol, sugar, malted rye and malted barley.
Aroma: Distinguished rye spiciness, mingling, with mellow oak, above a soft layer of vanilla. Flavour: Cascading pepper from the rye, caressingly wrapped in mouth coating oily, viscosity and sweet biscuity, cereal, and dried, fruit notes.
