All of the Symington family’s vineyards are managed under the principles of Integrated Production Management and/or organic viticulture and it is also the largest organically farmed wine producer in Portugal (currently 126 hectares and set to expand further), through its three Vilariça Valley properties. Ready to drink now although it will benefit from some further bottle-ageing. Given it’s full structure and fine acidity, it will develop very favourably in bottle.
