Delicate wood notes of vanilla and caramel with rich aromas of dried fruit. The smooth and silky texture makes this an ideal aquavit to enjoy after a good meal or with chocolate. Lysholm Linie Double Cask Madeira has a reddish golden color and distinct cask aromas with a harmonious spice touch. The Aquavit has a nice cask sweetness which provides a soft entry with good body and fruity flavor, followed by complex spice aromas. The aftertaste is long and viscous, with touches of madeira.De sweet notes from the additional maturing in barrels on Madeira fat makes aquavit very suitable for cheese.
