The Macallan and Cirque du Soleil have combined their crafts to present this enchanting addition to the Harmony Collection, and to tell our oak story in an imaginative, visual and innovative way. This release features characters from the Cirque du Soleil SPIRIT Experience, as they venture deep into the majestic natural landscapes of the realm, and through a series of encounters with fantastical folkloric figures. The spirit, created by the Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned European oak casks and refill sherry casks carefully selected to deliver the classic European oak flavours of dried fruits and sweet spices.

Colour - mature acorn. Nose - rich dried fruits of dates, figs & raisins with orange peel, dark chocolate and warming nutmeg. Palate - sticky ginger syrup sweetness and a burst of orange. Finish - long and rich with oak and star anise.
