The Special Edition series has been developed in collaboration with selected Nordic chefs and bartenders, and is a modern tribute to the classic schnapps. The innovative chef Casper Sobczyk, also known as the butter-chef from Solskinsøen (Sunshine Island), is the man behind Special Edition 1 - Rhubarb and Star Anise. Special Edition 1 brings the Danish summer country together in a unique and sensual taste experience, and gets its beautiful pink colour from the sun-ripened rhubarb. You can drink Special Edition 1 as it is. The sweet schnapps can also be mixed into desserts or used as part of Casper’s signature cocktail: The King of Denmark.
