Sparkling Tea is a new innovative drinks category, developed by the Danish award winning sommelier, Jacob Kocemba. RØD (Red) is based on 10 teas. Hibiscus, white and black teas. Perfectly complemented by the carefully adjusted bubbles. It is the Sparkling Tea version of a sparkling rosé both in appearance and taste. Should be enjoyed at 5°C in a champagne glass.

RØD has a balanced depth and concentration of tastes, slightly bitter and less sweet than the other teas. Notes of red berries and mint are felt, while the hibiscus gives a long aftertaste influenced by a comfortable dryness and light undertones of sweetness. It is perfect as an aperitif, or like a rosé, it pairs beautifully with light dishes, white/light meats, fish and seafood.
