Enjoy a sweet and spicy Jura, enhanced in rich Pedro Ximénez casks that previously held 15 years old sherry. This whisky is inspired by the “Small Isles Bay”, located just in front of the village of Craighouse, home to our whisky and many of our tiny island community. Sheltered by a string of small islands, the bay is marked by the coming and going of the tide. Like our slowly maturing whisky, there's no hurry to our days.
