The Wyngaard Chèvre Gris is a goat cheese ripened for 10 months. The Wyngaard Chèvre Gris defines itself by a soft, deep and complexe taste of wood, walnut, sea salt and spices. Furthermore, the 2 years old Reypenaer VSOP is a unique traditional cheeses which is ripened patiently in a historical warehouse situated at the Old Rhine in Woerden. That gives them a full, creamy and complex taste.

Chèvre gris: Cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk, 50% Fat i.d.m. Ingredients: GOAT’s MILK, salt, lactic acid, rennet. VSOP:Cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk, 48% Fat i.d.m. Ingredients: COW’S MILK, salt, lactic acid, rennet, preservative: sodium nitrate, colour: annatto.
