Deep ruby red in colour, with a rich spicy aroma, containing black pepper notes with a hint of raisin. The full body offers a very intense, balanced, spicy flavour, with a taste of sweet cherry. Best with: pasta, white and red meats, fresh and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 18°C
