Buy your gift card in one of our TAX FREE Heinemann shops. You may find further information on our gift card info page.
How can I check my balance?
You can check your balance any time at one of our shops as well as online.

What amounts are available for gift cards?
The gift card can be charged with a credit balance up to DKK 4000.
Where and how can I redeem my credit?
You can redeem your gift card in all TAX FREE Heinemann shops.
Simply show your gift card at the checkout when you make your purchase in one of our participating shops - your credit will be deducted from your purchase. You can redeem a gift card for a single purchase or for multiple purchases. You can also combine multiple gift cards for a single purchase. Please note that we are currently unable to redeem gift cards in our online shop at taxfree-heinemann.dk.
I lost my gift card, or it was stolen. Can the card be blocked or replaced?
Gift cards are treated like cash. If you have lost your Gift Card or someone else has used it without your consent, we are unable to block or replace it.
