Hyllenget aquavit is a mild and barrel mounted Norwegian aquavit. The spirit is purely from Norwegian potatoes and you will find flavors of caraway, star anise, coriander and citrus on the nose. The aquavit goes well with meat and fish dishes. Hyllenget aquavit should be served room tempered.
