Prunotto-vinmarkerne strækker sig over et område på ca. 48 hektar i Langhe- og Monferrato-regionerne. Vinmarkerne er inddelt i små jordlodder, hver med individuelle crus, som der laves vidunderlige rødvine af.

Ruby red in colour with purple highlights, grapey in aroma with floral (roses) and spicy notes from the aging in oak, full and balanced in flavour. A very versatile wine, its roundness and suppleness make it an excellent match with a wide range of dishes, such as the traditional fried meats and vegetables and the pot-au-feu of Piedmont. It is best drunk at a temperature of 16°C.
