This champagne is the result of an encounter between a Champagne House working alongside nature and a creative genius with a free spirit: Philippe Starck. Roederer CEO, Frédéric Rouzaud, brought his intuition, the designer developed the idea and the Cellar Master, Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, set the wheels in motion. Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon about this cuvée: "Brut Nature is without a doubt the least Roederer in style of all our champagnes, as well as the most modern. It was the perfect opportunity to move away from our usual habits and shake up our methods. This wine was born from an abstraction and has evolved to become this idea.

75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay

A golden and deep yellow hue. The bouquet is intense and precise, and notes of spring flowers, Williams pear, and citrus peel gradually emerge. In the mouth, the wine is impressive: the palate is a rich array of flavours, youthful energy, and dynamism, with a wonderful blend and juxtaposition of acids, salinity, stones, fruit and creamy texture. Serving suggestions can be varied from bellota or serrano ham, seafood or raw fishes, cheese like old comté and chocolate desserts.
