Our webshop provides the following service:

Pre-Order

Take advantage of the opportunity to make a non-binding reservation on products in one of our TAX FREE Heinemann shops at the airport and pick your purchases up in person at a convenient time.

The following contains our general terms and conditions for business relationships between you and us as a user of our pre-order service via our online platform www.taxfree-heinemann.dk. Please read these general terms and conditions, as well as our data protection statement, carefully.

Section I: General provisions

    1. These general terms and conditions apply to your registration, your use of the website, and your use of the pre-order service.

  2. Registration, account, access data
    1. To register and use the pre-order service, you must:
      1. be at least 18 years old
      2. be authorised to enter into a non-binding contract with us
    2. You guarantee that your registration data is accurate and complete.
    3. Each user may create only one account; guest orders are possible.
    4. You may not share your login data with third parties.
    5. You are responsible for all actions performed using your login data.
    6. If your login data is lost or misused, you must notify us immediately.
  3. Order process
    1. You may place the products available at taxfree-heinemann.dk in your shopping cart for the pre-order service.
    2. The pre-order service cannot be combined with other services.
    3. You may use the pre-order service only after accepting the GTC.
  4. Image rights and trademarks
    All image rights and trademarks are held by Heinemann Retail APS or its partners. Use without express permission is prohibited.

Section II: Specific conditions for use of our pre-order service

The conditions stated in Section II apply if you select the "[Pre-Order]" option only.

  1. Pre-order and confirmation of receipt
    1. If you click on "[Pre-Order Button]" during the order process, your pre-order acts as a request to us to apply to complete a purchase order.
    2. The pre-order must be made 24 hours before flight departure.
    3. After your pre-order, you receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. This is not binding and does not guarantee item availability.
  2. Binding offer / cancellation / change
    1. After checking item availability, you receive a pre-order confirmation by e-mail.
    2. If the price is lower at pickup than in the confirmation, the lower price applies.
    3. We will inform you immediately if items cannot be provided.
  3. Conclusion of contract
    1. The contract is concluded when you pick up and pay for the goods at the shop.

Section III: Final provisions

  1. Governing law

    These general terms and conditions and all legal relationships between you and Gebr. Heinemann Retail ApS are governed exclusively by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protection regulations remain unaffected.

    We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. However, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR) that you may use to resolve disputes without going to court.

  4. Legal consequences of the invalidity of individual regulations

    Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory regulation.
