The TAX FREE Heinemann app is your perfect travel companion: You can access your order status, your digital Heinemann x ME card, the latest offers, airport maps and much more at any time.
Do I have to re-register in the app if I’m already registered on the online store?
No. You only have to register once – either on the online store or in the app.
Can I use the app offline (without an Internet connection)?
Your digital Heinemann & Me card can be used offline. However, you won’t be able to access our online store without an Internet connection.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password by clicking on More / Profile / User Data.
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
Please make sure you’re attempting to log in with the email address and password you used to register with us. You may need to reset your password, or you might have to complete the registration process by clicking on the link in the verification email. Just follow the instructions shown in the app window.
Why does the app need to access my camera?
The app needs to access your camera to enable the use of the integrated product scanner. Scanning a bar code will give you more information about the product, and you can even add the item to your shopping basket.
